AUSTRALIA
Free standard shipping for orders over $150.00.
For orders under $150.00 there is a flat rate standard shipping fee of $10.00.
Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please keep in mind that delivery to WA, NT, TAS and rural suburbs might take up to 10 business days.

Exchange Policy
We hope you enjoy your new lingerie and you are 100% satisfied. However, please note that exchange or refund of lingerie will be considered only on a case-by-case basis so please contact us as soon as possible for further discussion. Items would be exchanged or refunded providing these are returned within 14 days of order delivery date, unworn, unwashed and with all tags on. If we believe that these conditions are not met we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund. This is due to hygiene reasons and to protect the health and quality satisfaction of our valued customers.
For hygiene purposes please keep your underwear on while trying our products for the first time.
